The website and the Khel app, either directly or via licenses assigned by us, are jointly referred to as the "Khel". By downloading, installing, accessing, using, or providing us with your information on the Khel in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these policies incorporated herein. Please read this privacy policy and Terms of Use referenced here, carefully before using, registering, or accessing any information or Services through the Website and/or App. If you do not agree to the foregoing, you should not click to affirm your acceptance thereof, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using the Khel. If you do not agree to any of the provisions outlined in the Privacy policy, kindly discontinue accessing or participating in the Services offered by Khel immediately.

These terms of use and any other document incorporated by reference are subject to modification at any time. Khel may change, modify, add/or remove portions of this policy. You shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms of this policy at all times for any changes or amendments to the policy. You will be informed of any changes or amendments made to the policy. You will be required to provide your consent for the proposed changes in the Terms or the Company policies. Data Collection

You are required to provide certain information, including personal and contact details, for the purpose of creating and maintaining the account on the Khel. The nature and extent of the information may vary based on your interaction with Khel.

While creating an account with Khel, we collect your information such as email, phone number, name, sexual orientation, age, address and other information. You might also be required to provide other demographic information reasonably required to facilitate better with the Khel services. We may further collect and process any information that you voluntarily submit or make available on the Khel, including but not limited to profile details, listings, requirements, feedback, communications, or other user-generated content.

In case you have enabled location-based service, we may collect the information relating to your device's geographic location, including GPS and associated timestamps, for the purpose of customizing and improving the services. Such location data may be linked with your device identifier and other information held by us. The user can opt-out of any data gathering in this way at any time by turning off location services on his or her device, possibly subject to some constraints in functionality.

Furthermore, depending on your consent, we will ask for access to your device's contact list in order to implement some of the functions. In case access to your contacts is allowed, we will be collecting and using contact information such as name, telephone number, and email address exclusively for the purpose of implementing these functions of the Khel game. We reserve the right to monitor the conversation between the Users or service providers facilitated by the Company through any mechanisms on the Khel. The above information can also be utilized to, but is not limited to, prevent abuse, protect the rights of the users, and settle any disputes that may arise.

In order to create and run an account for Khel, some sensitive personal data or information (SPDI), which may include payment-related information such as bank or credit/debit card details, may need to be submitted by you for the purpose of completing transactions via the authorized payment gateways and financial institutions.

The Company does not collect, access, or store such payment-related personal information on its systems except for the purposes of audit or company-related transaction record/account keeping purposes. All such information is transmitted directly to and processed by third-party payment gateway providers integrated with the Khel. The company endeavors to engage only reputable payment service providers that adhere to industry-standard security protocols and safeguards.

The nature and extent of information collected from a User may vary depending on the User's interaction with the Khel. The Company commits itself to adopting reasonable security measures and procedures for protecting the personal data supplied by you in compliance with the relevant legislation.

In addition, the Company commits itself not to disclose or transfer any information to third parties without your explicit consent or in case disclosure is legally required or authorized by the relevant legislation or government authorities.
